We all get caught up in what we are doing right now. With things always developing so fast, sometimes it’s worth stopping, looking backwards and reflecting on what we have achieved.
A number of the subjects in this edition have had remarkable careers pushing the boundaries of creativity across the world - from chefs to illustrators. In this edition, we look for framed perfection with Whitstable photographer Jason Knott and talk kitchens, pianos and going viral with Deal musician Jake St Ange. Faversham creative pair Sim Evan-Jones and Julia Woolf celebrate 25 years of Shrek and reveal their roles in making the iconic movie, while Sevenoaks chef Stuart Gillies tells us about modern menus.
