Rochester's new Boeuf restaurant where you get double Steak Frites everytime

A brand new restaurant has opened in Rochester offering classic Steak Frites… twice!
From the award-winning team behind The Dead Pigeon in Rochester, The Greedy Banker in Rainham and Hatch in Gravesend - who are widely known for their outrageously good burgers - the new restaurant will open on the Old High Street, and will solely specialise in Steak Frites, a favourite dish in Belgium and France.
Beouf will only have one thing on the menu - Steak Frites… but there’s more. Once customers finish their first portion of steak frites, they will be presented with a second full serving, sauces and all.
“Once you finish the first helping we will bring you out a second helping of Steak Frites with all the sauces 🤯 No one leaves us hungry!” says the team.
Owners Jamie Clark and Tom Mudge took to social media to announce the launch: “Using our many year’s experience working with and perfecting beef we have decided to launch the ultimate Steak Frites house right here in Medway.
”Boeuf will use the finest ingredients, a bit of science and butchery knowledge to create the ultimate Steak Frites experience.
”The only cut of steak on our menu is Sirloin Pavé - a very rare, premium French cut of beef that has the juicy tenderness of a fillet steak and the rich, beefy flavour of a sirloin. It’s rarely seen here in the UK but believe us when we say it’s honestly the best steak you will ever try.”
The steak will be accompanied by triple cooked rustic frites which have been cooked in beef dripping, and served with our very own Boeuf steak sauce and a beurre noisette frites mayonnaise.
”We also have a great wine list and signature cocktail menu which has been put together to accompany the food on offer,” they add.
