Thanet’s Look Mum No Computer chosen to represent the UK at Eurovision
The man behind the Furby Organ and Synthesizer Bike to head out to Vienna
Thanet musician Look Mum No Computer has today announced that he has been chosen to represent the UK at Eurovision for 2026.
Sam Battle, who is the founder of This Museum Is (Not) Obsolete in Ramsgate, has been known for his eccentric yet brilliant musical creations for a number of years.
Sam took to Instagram (@lookmumnocomputer) to announce the news!
“I find it completely bonkers to be jumping on this wonderful and wild journey,” he says. “I have always been a massive Eurovision fan, and I love the magical joy it brings to millions of people every year, so getting to join that legacy and fly the flag for the UK is an absolute honour that I am taking very seriously.”

As Look Mum No Computer, Sam has previously released a number of singles and albums, while growing an online fanbase for building unusual instruments, such as organs made from toys such as Furbies and Game Boys and synthesizer bicycles.
