The Gallivant at Camber Sands Launches Summer Terrace

Serving the best wine from Kent and Sussex in a coastal surrounding

Tucked behind the steep sand dunes of Camber Sands, beachside getaway The Gallivant has announced the launch of its summer terrace.

A destination for wine lovers, the summer spot looks to pay homage to the UK’s finest pours of rosé. Just a short trip from the likes of Gusbourne and Chapel Down, The Gallivant is home to an extensive wine list, and with privileged access to some of the finest local producers, the boutique property has curated a delectable menu of carefully selected rosé wines, all from England, for its idyllic summer terrace.

The menu boasts an impressive selection from Kent and East Sussex, featuring Folc Dry English Rosé, the enticing Vegan Simpsons Railway Hill Pinot Noir Rosé with its alluring aromas of watermelon and crushed strawberries, the refreshing and crisp Oxney Organic Rosé, Artelium Pinot Meunier Rosé and  Gusbourne English Rosé. Guests can delight in delicate wine with floral expressions to bold and fruity notes.

Wine is paired with seasonal seafood such as fresh Atlantic prawns, steamed mussels, Maldon rock oysters, and Dungeness crab cocktail, with vegetarian options also available.

The hotel also boasts their on-site spa in a specially-designed cabin in its coastal garden.
