Amphi Open Air Festival heads to Betteshanger

Betteshanger Park welcomes a brand-new two-day festival of eclectic music

A brand-new open-air festival is coming to Betteshanger Park this May Bank Holiday.

Amphi Open Air (@amphiopenair) will bring two days of eclectic music ranging from electronic to live bands across 27-28 May.

Saturday’s line-up will be hosted by Kent’s much-talked-about musical collective Section 82 (house, techno, deep house, tech house, minimal) with a line-up that includes Alfy Dunne, Jamie Unknown, Josh Brearley, Justin Randall, Rory Pye, Stenchman (Garage Set), Steve Butcher and Travis Skelton - this will be an 18+ Day.

Sunday offers music for all the family with free entry for under-12s. Expect rock, blues, indie, jazz and soul from performers such as The Circus Birds, Lautier, Rudy Warman and The Heavy Weather, Sam Brothers and Tin Foil Astronaut.

Some amazing food and drink is on offer, including Jerk n’ Tingz from Dover, No Meat 2 Veg, Pit Burger and Lydia’s Cakes, as well as stalls and activities including bushcraft, archery and geocaching.
