Brand new Wake & Aqua Park opens in Kent this weekend

The UK's newest wake and aqua Park will open this weekend in Sandwich, Kent.
White Mills Wake & Aqua Park (@whitemillswake) will offer a wide range of water based activities for all ages from open water swimming to stand-up paddle boarding and wakeboarding.
From July 9th, the purpose build resort will be open for bookings for the Aqua Park area, complete with an incredible floating playground.
Launched by Wayne Cooper and James Bird, the site will launch the extra activities as the summer goes on.
White Mills’ Ryan Peacock said: “Walking around the park today, it’s absolutely amazing.
"Wayne and James are the owners and have been involved in the wakeboarding world for a long time. It is something they are both very passionate about. They just felt there was a real gap for Kent’s wakeboarding [community] and it has been a life-long dream of theirs to create a facility like this. It’s going to be a state-of-the-art wakeboarding facility."
Eventually, the park will consist of a state of the 5 Tower Ski Rixen Cable System which allows riders of all disciplines, from beginners to pro-level riders to practice, play and compete.
The new lakeside restaurant and bar will also offer the perfect place to relax and take in some of the action that is happening on the water.
Open seven-days a week from now until September (days and times will change in the Autumn), with sessions from 10am to 6pm, White Mills Wake will offer pay by the hour bookings, while Monthly and Annual memberships will also be available.
