Breaking Bad Star Aaron Paul pops into Whitstable Offy
Aaron Paul turned up at The Offy in Whitstable
Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul was a surprise customer at The Offy in Whitstable this week.
Best known for his part as Jesse Pinkman in the hit TV series, Aaron Paul and co-star Bryan Cranston have launched a Mexican-style mezcal - Dos Hombres.
And while the pair continue to promote Dos Hombres around the world, it was perhaps unexpected that Aaron Paul would stop into Whitstable High Street’s off license to ‘check on sales’.
Almost a decade after Breaking Bad aired its final episode, its lead characters Jesse and Walter White/Heisenberg remain much loved, while the show’s setting of Albuquerque New Mexico has been a great theme for the launch of the drink.
The Offy’s owner Ross Bell (@theoffywhitstable) took to social media to say:
“Just had one of the Dos Hombres in to check on sales! Aaron knows all the very best booze is in The Offy. Why not follow his lead?

Paul, who was visiting the town with his family and is in the UK for filming, was reportedly excited to see that his brand had made it all the way to Kent.
It was also confirmed that Paul, as he does always seem to be in interviews, is ‘bloody lovely’, too, and took selfies with other customers. Which is nice.
