Popular cafe the Independent Pedaler opens new Kent site
Pedaler in The Yard opened this week in Manston, Thanet
Popular Kent cafe brand the Indepedent Pedaler (@theindiepedaler) has opened its latest site in Manston, Thanet.
Known for its welcoming atmosphere, the cafe brand has long been a favourite of cyclists, and plays into it with its stunning bicycle-themed decor. Having had to close the doors of its original venue in Bridge, near Canterbury, due to a dispute with its landlord, the cafe returned with ‘Pedaler on the Port’ in a former lifeboat house on Clock Tower Square at Dover's Marina Curve (a stockist of ‘cene Magazine).
The latest site, which is in a purpose-built venue at Manston’s Cattle Yard, opened this week and is aptly called ‘Pedaler in the Yard’. It will be open every day between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
Find it in Manston village opposite the Vllage Hall at CT12 5FQ.
