BREWING BROTHERS OPEN 'PIZZA PUB' IN FOLKESTONE
Hastings group bring taproom and wood-fried oven to the beach
Brewing Brothers Beachside, a brand-new taproom space with wood-fired oven focussed menu, is now open at Folkestone Harbour.
Founded in 2016 in Hastings, Brewing Brothers began as a pizza pub with a microbrewery, crafting the majority of their food and beer in-house. Across the past seven years, Brewing Brothers has rapidly expanded its presence, now encompassing a pasta bar taproom along the Hastings promenade, a large brewery with a beer garden located on the Ridge in Hastings, and the latest addition, a beachside location in Folkestone.
Accessed from Platform 2 of the historic Folkestone Harbour Station, Brewing Brothers Beachside will take pride in its roots and brings a wealth of experience to the culinary landscape, continuing its tradition of offering tantalising Italian pizzas and creative dishes by sourcing local and seasonal ingredients.

As well as showcasing an impressive selection of their own beers, visitors will also be able to enjoy a revolving menu of inventive, hyper-seasonal dishes served straight from the searing hot, smoky environment of their traditional, Italian imported wood fired oven. As well as a fine selection of pizzas including G.O.A.T (with Caramlised Onions and Goats Cheese) and The Bomb (with Salami, Red Onions, Blue Cheese and Jalapenos), their ‘from the oven’ menu currently includes Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Charred Mediterranean Vegetables and Wood Fired Haddock.
