From Silent Walking Disco through Tunbridge Wells to Live Stand-up Comedy - TW Fringe returns 1st - 16th July!

The Tunbridge Wells Fringe Festival (@twfringe) is back from 1st - 16th July!

Last year saw the festival host more than 200 events at 40 venues across Tunbridge Wells, and this year they’re on track for even more.

As always, there’s all sorts of acts lined up, from music to comedy, to theatre and everything between.

This year, the Fringe team are especially excited to be hosting their very own TW Fringe Tent in collaboration with the Langton Green Village Society. It will be ‘welcome back’ to the Scummy Mummies at the Assembly Hall Theatre, while Trinity Theatre will host six exciting events.

HIGHLIGHTS:

1st & 15th July - Throughout Tunbridge Wells

Guru Dudu Silent Walking Disco - Welcome into a magical world of play, love and laughter. We all wear headphones (supplied) and are listening to the same playlist of uplifting dance music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and more modern hits, plus the fun commentary from the tour guide.

2nd - 11th July - Various Locations

Glad To Be Dead - Monologues from beyond the grave. Join us as we hear from historical figures, fictional icons, victims and murderers. Listen as they recount their lives and comment on our world today.

6th & 9th July - Various Locations

The Room Where It Happens - *A Whole New World* of heartfelt anecdotes punctuated by beloved showtunes, performers from stages spanning New York, London, Tokyo (and Tunbridge Wells) give you a backstage pass to life on (and off) the stage.

7th July - Langton Green Hub

Hold The Line Comedy - Live stand-up comedy from a variety of local acts.

12th July - The Forum
