The Worker’s League Whitstable has announced its second guest chef pop-up!

Richard H Turner is a legend in the world of meat and fire. He’s cooked and consulted for restaurants such as Hawksmoor, Blacklock and Pitt Cue Co. among others, and is one half of ethical butchery Turner & George as well as one of the founders of cult meat and fire festival, Meatopia

This is a rare chance to be cooked for by this doyen of live fire cooking in a small and personal one-sitting night. The menu is set at £60 per head, and includes oysters, prime rib and porterhouse steaks among a feast of sides and accompaniments. You'll be able to choose from 4 seating times, and can then stay all night!

Drinks will be available to buy from the bar. There will be a range of tinned beers from Two Tribes, a selection of wines and a specially prepared list of fresh cocktails including a Sea Mist Sour, Bone Marrow Old Fashioned, Butterscotch Martini and one of Richard’s favourites, a Corpe Reviver No2.
