Record Store Day 2022: The Kent indie stores taking part
There’ll be special vinyl release drops, reissues and sales of rare records
Record Store Day is back with more than 260 independent stores across the UK taking part this year, with 15 in Kent.
The event, conceived 15 years ago at a gathering of independent record store owners and first held in April 2008, is on Saturday, April 23.
It was created to celebrate independent record stores - the staff, the customers and the artists - with special vinyl release drops, reissues and rare record exclusives.
Some shops also host events to celebrate the day.
Official releases scheduled for Record Store Day can be found here.
