Thanet seafood chef The Merman will be creating a pop-up at The Albion Rooms (@thealbionroomsmargate) hotel in Cliftonville this Friday evening - August 12th, 2022.

Renowned chef Jim Thomlinson focuses on showcasing fresh Kentish produce and fresh seafood.

Tomlinson, who worked on a number of London-based projects. These included Prawnography, Moister Oyster Co., London Mess and Fry Hard, has had a number of pop-ups across Margate and the surrounding areas

This Friday, the pop-up will offer £45 for three courses across two sittings, 6pm & 8pm.
