Dreamland, Margate’s iconic amusement park and entertainment venue by the sea, will reopen to the public for the 2026 season from Friday 3rd April.

As always, the park offers a range of family friendly rides and attractions plus some of the biggest names in music!

The 2026 Dreamland season will begin with the park open from 10:30 - 18:00 every day for the Easter Holidays from Friday 3rd April until Sunday 19th April (inc).

The park will then be open on weekends and school holidays until the summer season when the doors will be open daily from 18th July. Dreamland will also be open for October Half Term.

Continuing its reputation as a day out for all of the family, prices for all-day wristbands have been frozen from 2025 meaning endless access to the park’s rides at an affordable cost. A Mega Ride Wristband, covering all of the rides in the park, is priced at £24.99 and Tiny Tots Wristbands, covering certain smaller rides, are priced at £12.99 (T&Cs apply). Standard Ride Tokens are £3 each, or a bundle of 20 can be purchased for £40. Each ride is 1 token.

Dreamland’s amusement park offers family thrills with a 50-foot plunge on the Wild River log flume, the famous Big Wheel, Waltzers, Dodgems, Ghost Train and Rock ‘N’ Roller roller coaster amongst many other attractions. New for 2026, young visitors can ‘paddle’ their own canoe and enjoy a ride on Little River, located next to Wild River.

Park goers can enjoy the delights of the retro Roller Disco, the popular arcade and amusements plus a range of food and drink provided by the renowned street food aficionados, KERB in collaboration with LevyUK & Ireland.

In a first for 2026, Lovebox Presented by Dreamland is a brand new event concept masterminded by the original Lovebox crew and the team behind Margate’s iconic Dreamland. Taking place across 29th & 30th May, Lovebox Presented By Dreamland carries the Lovebox ethos into a new era - welcoming friends old and new into the fold to this special seaside edition. Confirmed acts include Scissor Sisters, Rudimental, Armand Van Helden, Friendly Fires, Groove Armada, Soul II Soul live, 4AM KRU, Girls Don’t Sync, Jayda G, Goldie b2b Special Request, DJ EZ, and Mike Skinner of The Streets

As well as Lovebox, 2026 will also include some of the biggest names in music headlining the now iconic Scenic Stage, firmly cementing Dreamland as one of the UK’s top outdoor music venues. Acts for 2026 confirmed so far include Tom Grennan, Belle and Sebastian with Saint Etienne, Garbage & Skunk Anansie, David Gray, Paul Weller, Chris Isaak, The Kooks, Fatboy Slim, The Flaming Lips & The Beta Band, Bastille, Kesha and Bowling For Soup with Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, to name a few.

Alongside the music line up, a variety of comedy shows will take place in Dreamland’s Hall By The Sea. With four dates already on sale, The Comedy Store – renowned as a breeding ground for new talent, will bring a variety of comedians throughout the year. There’s also shows from Josh Baulf, Thomas Green and The Adam Buxton Band, providing the laughs.

Dreamland and F&B partners KERB are today delighted to announce a series of two weekend pop-up dining events which will be held in the iconic Sunshine Cafe, part of Dreamland’s cinema building with unrivalled views out to sea.

The Sunset Dinner Series pop ups will take place on 1st and 2nd May with chef Mark O'Brien and on 15th & 16th May with Ryan Jacovides from Pomus. The series will feature long tables and seasonal three course set menus, along with a welcome glass of fizz. Tickets are priced at £100 per person.
