HELLO : A NOTE FROM OUR EDITOR

Wow. Well, I didn’t think we would still be talking about this virus by Christmas. 

It’s very difficult to make any kind of statement about the past, present or future when it comes to Covid. Things change so fast and it has affected so many people in so many different ways. So, rather than come up with some sort of ridiculous statement like telling musicians to retrain or something like that, all we here at ‘cene can say is ‘Thank you’. 

Thanks to the businesses who continued to support us through this tough time. Thank you to the subjects who have taken part in our features. Thanks to the stockists still pushing the magazine to their customers.

Keep doing what you do. Keep believing in your products and your businesses, keep painting, keep making music and, for fu*k’s sake Fatima, don’t swap the ballet for cyber (whatever the hell that is).
