Born in a small maisonette kitchen in lockdown and now a thriving food outlet in Whitstable’s South Quay Shed, Sooshi Sushi is nothing short of an entrepreneurial fairy tale… serving fresh, handmade sushi as well as poké bowls, deep-fried rolls, ramen, gyozas and now bubble teas!

RAD BURGER
Still going strong after 10 years in the burger game, Rad Burger has had amazing feedback and repeat business at South Quay Shed. Having recently been mentioned in The Good Food Guide, which was a “massive buzz for the whole team”, Rad Burger is staying true to its vision and continues to smash the scene, taking its burgers to events across the country, including Glasto and Secret Cinema.
The popular burgers are juicy, flavoursome and packed full of delicious ingredients, a fave being the Rodeo Chicken or Truffle Beef Burger, which go perfectly with the tasty rosemary fries! Oh, and it delivers, too!
