Rochester cocktail bar to attempt Pancake World Record
Jaggers will be raising money for the Wisdom Hospice
On Tuesday 13th February, Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Day, Rochester’s Jaggers, will attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the most pancakes filled in 1 minute, raising money for the fabulous charity that is the Wisdom Hospice.
The owner of Jagger’s Kav Kaur is keen to help use this event to raise some funds for the Wisdom
Hospice. She said: “The Wisdom Hospice is such a fantastic local charity and one that we are very proud to work with and to be supporting through this event. We’d encourage people not only to donate but also to come and join us here at Jaggers on Tuesday, 13th February, to celebrate this special occasion. We’ll be running 5 crêpes all week as part of the celebrations”
Angeliki Tsanikidou, of the Wisdom Hospice, said: “The Friends of the Wisdom Hospice are looking forward to the excitement of Pancake Day at Jaggers Rochester! Jaggers will attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the most pancakes filled in 1 minute, in support of the Wisdom Hospice. The event promises fun while fundraising for a good cause. Join us for this record-breaking endeavour!”
The attempt takes place at 9.30am.
