Oktoberfest returns to Canterbury for 2026
Oompah-style live music, Bavarian street food, table service and steins!
Oktoberfest Canterbury returns to Westgate Hall on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October 2026 for one of Kent’s biggest Oktoberfest celebrations.
Taking over Canterbury’s largest indoor event space across three sessions, the event brings together live music, traditional Bavarian entertainment, steins of authentic German bier and a packed Oktoberfest atmosphere.
Guests can expect a mix of Oompah-style live music, Bavarian street food, table service and steins served throughout the sessions, with the venue transformed for a full Oktoberfest weekend.
This year, Oktoberfest Canterbury will once again be pouring bier from historic Bavarian brewery ABK, founded in Kaufbeuren, Germany in 1308. The range includes Pilsner, Hell, Weissbier and Dunkel.
There are three sessions across the weekend:
Friday 2nd October – Evening
Saturday 3rd October – Afternoon
Saturday 3rd October – Evening
Tickets are currently selling strongly across all sessions, with availability becoming increasingly limited as the event approaches.
