Macknade announces wellness partners including gym, massage and Seascrub Sauna
Expansion of its on-site gym, a new countryside sauna experience, and a dedicated massage therapy space
Kent food and drink brand Macknade is beginning a new chapter in its journey by introducing a range of wellness-focused experiences on its site in Faversham.
Long known for championing great food, Macknade is now encouraging customers to look beyond their plate and explore what it means to live better through the expansion of its on-site gym, a new countryside sauna experience, and a dedicated massage therapy space – all run by trusted local partners.
Top to Toe Fitness
Top to Toe Fitness, Macknade’s long-standing fitness partner, has expanded into a dedicated space, next to Swale Barn Vets, enabling them to add more classes to their already packed timetable. To celebrate the new space, the gym is hosting a free Open Day on Saturday 3rd May, giving guests the chance to meet the team, tour the upgraded facilities and take part in free taster sessions with Top to Toe’s coaches.
Seascrub Sauna
Joining the wellness offering from April 18th is Seascrub Sauna – a sauna, cold plunge and hot tub experience with views over the Faversham countryside. Built on the Nordic tradition of heat and cold therapy, Seascrub promises a restorative and social experience like no other. Customers can drop in for free sessions between 9am & 5pm on the day of launch to explore the space and enjoy a taste of what’s on offer, with paid bookings available from Saturday 19th April.
Serene Massage Therapies
Completing the trio is Serene Massage Therapies, now open on the upper floor of Macknade, next to the Apple Loft Events Room. Founded by locally renowned therapist, Vicky, Serene Massage Therapies offer Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone treatments designed to help people relax, unwind and restore balance in their daily lives.
These additions are an important milestone for Macknade, as it evolves into a holistic lifestyle destination – where exceptional food meets health & wellbeing on so many other levels. Stefano Cuomo, CEO of Macknade, commented: “We’ve always believed that living well starts with good food – food that is nourishing, packed with quality ingredients, rooted in provenance and best enjoyed when it’s in season. But it doesn’t end there.
“What we’re creating is a space where people can feel better, eat better & connect better, and these new wellness experiences are a big step towards that.
“Together, they form a growing wellness hub that encourages our community to take a more balanced approach to their health – whether through movement, nourishment, rest or recovery.”
