The Workers League in Whitstable has announced another delectable dining pop-up just before Christmas with chef James Cochran will be bringing his flavours back to his home town once more on Friday 10th December - but this time he’s teaming up with fellow 12:51 chef Lawrence Barrow…

With parents from St Vincent in the Caribbean and Glasgow, James was raised in Whitstable and worked at Wheelers and Reed before forging a career in London. He cooked at The Ledbury and the double starred Harwood Arms before making his own name with a string of successful establishments, including his signature restaurant 12:51 in Islington.

Born and raised in Ireland, Lawrence has spent the last seven years cooking and travelling around the world. A journey that has taken him from Belfast to Melbourne, Tuscany to Wellington and eventually finding roots in London.

James and Lawrence will serve an epic festive feast of fire-cooked treats for you and your partner or group to share, getting your Christmas off to a deeply delicious start.

There is a selection of wines, beers and cocktails available to purchase from the bar.
