BOJ FT. ENNY - CULTURE
Insta: @ennyintegrity
Working with one of the pioneers of the Alté music scene in Nigeria in Boj, Thamesmead’s Enny lends her potent rap vocals to a track that is beautifully balanced between a relaxing vibe and ear-catching powerful statements.
Having already bagged approval from Annie Mac approval and a Jools Holland appearance, Enny is continuing her series of wins with the feature on ‘Culture’, a genre bending track that has us thinking about the rapper in a different way. Every track she appears on has something totally different about it, while her flow remains undeniable.
PILLGRIM - VERTIGO
Insta: @thepillgrimage
Canterbury alt-rockers Pillgrim fell into our inbox in February with the release of their first self-titled album with a crash of distortion, wild drums and rasping trans-Atlantic vocals.
The duo (yeah, we can’t believe there’s only two of them either), who say they are influenced by late 90s and early 2000s alternative music, strive to create gritty-melodic charms through their wall of sound.
An awkward love-child of Placebo, Smashing Pumpkins & Dinosaur Jr, they are part grunge, part punk, part heavy rock and f*cking outstanding.
We cycled through the 13 tracks with head nodding ease. And then we put it on again and the nods got more violent. What an exciting new entry to the scene.
THREE TO TRY…
DANNY RHYS - HERE FOR YOU

Known for underground House & Tech House ‘boasting high, feel-good energy, bumpy basslines and rolling percussion’, Maidstone’s Danny Rhys has released another night starter in Here For You.
PREDRINKS - MOVE

Bromley trio Predrinks have released another sparkling pop funk track that will have you shoulder rolling to the upbeat licks and effervescing lyrics.
J:KENZO - ALL IN (COCO BRYCE REMIX)
Insta: @jkenzomusic
Kent superstar producer J:Kenzo has split the genres with new track All in - remixed by the highly skilled Coco Bryce. Grab a bit of chilled house and mix it with some Jungle and you’re still not even close. Prepare for the drop.
