Live Music Comes To Macknade Food Village This August
Every Friday evening from 5.30 to 7.30pm, diners will be treated to acoustic sounds from popular local musicians alogside dishes and drinks from the street food traders
Macknade are all set for a musical summer as they prepare to host a series of artists at their vibrant Food Village, based at their Faversham Food Hall.
Every Friday evening from 5.30 to 7.30pm, diners will be treated to acoustic sounds from popular local musicians alongside dishes and drinks from the street food traders.
With a different artist every Friday, Acoustic Augusts will start on 6th August with Thomas Abrahams, followed by Dave Rogers on 13th Dune Acoustic Duo on 20th and finishing on 27th with Ian Ingles.
A canopied outdoor marketplace and dining space, The Food Village at Faversham showcases the very best food and drink from handpicked vendors. Diners can enjoy a variety of dishes including handmade pizza, authentic tacos, and fusion street food.
In related news, to celebrate Acoustic August, Macknade will be introducing Free Corkage Fridays at Faversham. Customers will be able to browse the extensive selection in the Wine Store, buy a bottle and drink it at their table in the Food Village at no extra cost.
Paul Gunner, General Manager said: “Not only are we bringing Free Corkage Fridays to Faversham, we’ll also be offering a variety of different specials alongside seasonal drinks. There’s also the opportunity to pick up treats for the way home, as the Main Store and Wine Store will be open until 8pm.”
Macknade Faversham is open Monday to Saturday from 9am and Sunday from 10am. The Food Village is open daily from 9am, seven days a week.
Acoustic August is not a ticketed event and customers do not need to reserve or book tables.
