Doggy Menu: West Malling pub serves up special menu for its canine customers
Dogs are being whined and dined at the Kings Arms in Offham with meat mezzes, kebabs and Sagapoo
A West Malling pub is making sure its canine customers are kept whined and dined with a special menu especially for dogs.
The Kings Arms (@offhamkingsarms) in Offham is serving up a treat for its diners’ furry friends including meat mezzes, sausage and carrot kebabs, and cheese cubes on sticks (which you can play fetch with after).
There’s also Sagapoo - carrots and potato with rice covered in gravy - with wipes included to clear up messy faces afterwards.
So popular has the special menu become it’s sparked a flurry of bookings with pet owners heading to the pub especially to snap it up.
It means owners can sit back and enjoy their own meal - yes, there’s a menu for them too - without their dogs sniffing around for any scraps.
The idea was the brainchild of landlady Saffi Streames, who took over the pub last year.
She says that at The Kings Arms they understand that a dog is so much more than a pet.
