Got The Love Festival is a nostalgic extravaganza bringing together fans of all ages to relive the magic of two unforgettable decades in history.
With a line-up that spans genres and captivates hearts, it is the ultimate celebration of the 90s and 00s.
Taking place on Saturday, 25th May, at Quex Park, Birchington, Got The Love Festival is promising a celebration of a golden era of music and fashion.
Headlining is the trailblazing rapper Eve, who will bring her unparalleled energy and iconic beats to the stage, transporting audiences back to the heyday of 00s hip-hop with tracks like Let Me Blow Ya Mind, Tambourine and Who’s That Girl?.
Australian pop icon Peter Andre will no doubt mesmerise the audience with his timeless hit Mysterious Girl, while the legendary Basshunter takes the stage, serving up the infectious beats that made him a global sensation. Sash!, the Eurodance pioneer behind hits like Encore Une Fois, will revive the pulsating rhythms that defined the 90s dance scene.
Blue, the British boy band sensation, will serenade the crowd with their chart-topping ballads, setting the stage for an emotional journey down memory lane. The party continues with the Vengaboys, known for their energetic and infectious dance anthems such as Boom, Boom, Boom and We Like To Party that dominated the charts.
Diversity, the dynamic dance troupe who captured hearts with their innovative performances, are set to showcase their incredible talent live on stage. Joining the line-up are Phats & Small, the dance music duo behind unforgettable track Turn Around, and Ultrabeat, the powerhouse of electronic dance music.
The Got The Love Festival is a can’t-miss event, promising fans an immersive experience including street food, funfair, VR gaming and vintage stalls, while the airwaves are filled with nostalgia, dance and the timeless hits that defined an era.
But as the team explain, sharing the love is more than just a music or experience philosophy.
“It is a practice for living,” they say. “Our community programme, Got the Love Where You Live, underpins our motto that every interaction should result in a positive outcome. Part of that commitment is primarily ensuring any impact on the locality of the event is minimised but also that there is a legacy that will develop and blossom between events.
The first project will be a series of litter-picks in and around Birchington and the surrounding areas, while the second project will be to support the biodiversity of the area with wildflower-planting to nurture pollinating insects.
“Through the provision of millions of seeds and working with local stakeholders, we will identify suitable locations and increase the ecological growth of Thanet.
“Join us for an unforgettable experience that goes beyond a festival – it’s a journey into the heart of love.”
