FAKER SUPPLY GOES THROUGH BRAND REFRESH
Underground Canterbury label updates its look
Kent fashion house Faker Supply has refreshed its brand outlook to reflect its changing business.
Starting as an underground Canterbury label , Faker Supply shot to prominence because of its highly anticipated fashion drops and cryptic marketing, which even included clothing designs that featured co-ordinates to a VIP launch party .
But since the Coronavirus Lockdown earlier this year, owner Max carpenter has decided to reshape the vision of the brand, including removing the old products and bringing in new lines.
“During the lockdown, I really took the time to consider the brand and direction it was heading and felt it needed a refresh. I felt the need to rebrand to almost age up and make everything more professional and higher quality,” he says.”
“As my tastes are changing and I’m getting older, I needed to take the brand up to the next stage and into a fresh space. I’ve removed all old products and they won’t be returning, the brand will now do drops of multiple items, rather than constant singular drops.”
While there will be themed drops, too, including one ready for Halloween in October, Max’s overhaul will even include a new logo.
“The brand will come with a new logo and an icon so that both twill remind you of the brand, like Palace has the triangle, Faker will have its own icon. “
