Macknade Hosts Virtual Wine Tasting For English Wine Week

Macknade, a Kent food & drink retailer stocking over 400 wines, is celebrating English Wine Week with a virtual tasting featuring some of Kent’s best vineyards

The tasting will be hosted live from Macknade’s Wine & Spirits Store on Friday 26th June at 6.30pm.

Macknade’s Group Purchasing Manager, Finn Dunlop, and Wine Store Associate, Liza Wheeldon, will run the tasting, which is being streamed live on Facebook.

The wines on taste come from several award-winning vineyards across the Garden of England, including Simpsons Wine Estate, Chartham Vineyards and Hush Heath Wine Estate. All of these are stocked in Macknade’s Wine & Spirits Store, which boasts one of the greatest representations of Kentish wine in the country.

Wines can be collected from Macknade’s Flagship Food Hall in Faversham, or from Macknade Elwick Place, the brand’s latest retail outlet in Ashford, which has just re- opened. Those ordering the six bottle pack will also benefit from free local home delivery.
