See this unique and exciting new live music stage show celebrating some of the best loved U.S. artists and songs at Malthouse on Wednesday 22nd July. Featuring music by the iconic Bruce Springsteen, Eagles, Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Billy Joel, Tom Waits, Creedence Clearwater Revival, James Taylor, Bob Seger, Kenny Rogers, The Traveling Wilburys, Black Crowes, Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top and many others. The nine-piece band, fronted by X Factor and international signing star Ben Mills, will deliver over two hours of timeless, multi-million-selling #1 chart hits. 

Hounds of Love – The Kate Bush Celebration

Step into the ethereal world of Hounds Of Love – The Kate Bush Celebration, a tribute that faithfully recreates the artistry, passion and magic of one of music’s most iconic and enigmatic performers. Bringing to life Kate Bush’s groundbreaking 1979 Tour of Life, the tour that revolutionised live music with its fusion of theatre, dance and multimedia storytelling. Expect to be transported by unforgettable classics such as Wuthering Heights, The Man with the Child in His Eyes, Babooshka, Running Up That Hill, and of course, Hounds of Love. Experience this phenomenal band and heartfelt tribute on Thursday 23rd July. 


Comedy at the Malthouse 

Come along to a brand-new comedy night at the Malthouse on Friday 24th July. Hosted by 'comedy's ginger Viking', Chris Brooker will bring his infectious enthusiasm, swift wit and immense likeability as the host for the evening. Headlined by award-winning comedian Stephen K Amos, a regular feature on TV and radio shows such as QI, Pointless Celebrities and Mock The Week - when he’s not touring the world with his live show. Joining Stephen on stage are Canadian comic and fringe festival favourite, David Tsonos, and 2025 BBC New Comedy Award Finalist Blank Peng. Bugsy Malone

Walk through the door to ‘Fat Sam’s Grand Slam’ Speakeasy as Alan Parker’s Bugsy Malone comes to Canterbury in a glittering new production. Starring Olivier Award-Winning ‘Game of Thrones’ star Kerry Ingram as Tallulah and produced by the same team as the Malthouse Panto. 

The show features an iconic score of hits by Paul Williams including ‘So You Wanna Be a Boxer?’, ‘Give a Little Love’, and ‘Tomorrow’ performed live by a sensational 10-piece orchestra on stage with an array of dazzling sets and costumes, in an all-new immersive production. 

A riotous pre-show of music, dancing and hilarity will commence half an hour before the listed curtain time. 1920s Dress for audience members is strongly encouraged.
