#28 : JACK HIRONS

editor’s note:
So much of what we look for and what we talk about in ‘cene magazine started off life as a little idea, or a little risk that someone took. Disregarding the fears, breaking away from the norms and saying ‘Nah, I’m done with this sh*t, I’m gonna do it myself instead’.
There’s no doubt that these decisions can be hard; the road can be bumpy; it might not be an unmitigated success straight away. But corr it will feel good.
In this edition, we speak to platinum-certified record producer Jack Gourlay about his well-being-conscious music studio in Deal. We look for the right light with photographer Stefania Kossakowska, chat chicken with artist Jack Hirons, do things better with fashion brand Hexed, dance for the nation with Summer Jay Jones and take public toilets to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with Stroud and Notes.
Enjoy!
