LEOTARDS, VOLCANOES AND SECRET BOOKCASE DOORS
Fifty-four. That’s 54 hugs since our last edition in July. Yes, I am keeping count of the important stuff now – see also pub-poured alcoholic beverages and live music gigs. As everyone finds their feet (and possibly has to look for their shoes), it has been amazing to feel free-ish again; to dance, to laugh, to be close to people… to feel sweatier than a Prince in Pizza Express Woking.
The team at ‘cene have felt so joyous in putting the latest issue together... getting out and properly meeting our subjects (not in a Royal way) face to face – it’s the reason we started the mag in the first place. Finding those gems in the Kent community is never a chore, it’s a thrill. And, wow, have you guys intoxicated us once again.
In this edition we prioritise pleasure with Self Esteem, get inky with Squidoodle, get caravan cool with Club Jupiter, explore the bowls at F51, pull no punches with Bob Vylan and find the next design stars with Fashion Scout, as well as escape down a secret passage or two.
Enjoy
