Decide upon a beer style to brew, get to grips with such things as mashing, sparging, hop additions and pitching yeast, sample a number of Moot beers from a range of styles. And at the end of the day, you won't go away empty handed, you’ll get a Moot branded glass and your choice of a pint from the draught and cask board to finish off the day, or a can to take away with you.
