NEW MUSIC: Ghostpoet returns with new single
New release ‘Concrete Pony’ a precursor to album in the Spring
Thanet favourite Ghostpoet, real name Obaro Ejimiwe, has returned with his new single ‘Concrete Pony’.
The mind behind projects like Radio Margate, Ghostpoet took to social media to release the much anticipated new track and accompanying video.
He said: “Delighted to announce details of my new record, I Grow Tired But Dare Not Fall Asleep, and share with you the video, shot by Thomas James, for my new track ‘Concrete Pony’. 💀 Please watch and share the shit out of it please!”
Known for tracks like ‘Survive It’ and ‘X Marks the Spot’, the 2015 Mercury Music Prize nominee announced that new album ’I Grow Tired But Dare Not Fall Asleep ‘will be released by Play It Again Sam on May 1st 2019 and is available for pre-order.
