Elsewhere Margate brings alternate music event to August Bank Holiday
It Came From the Sea festival returns to Margate this August Bank holiday at Elsewhere Margate. Elsewhere is an independent record shop, cafe bar and 150 capacity venue in the centre of Margate, located five minutes walk from Margate Main Sands
Three days of heavy psych, noise, doom and ambient music on two floors. Headliners include Mugstar ("The sound of 10,000 suns exploding"); Sex Swing ("A transcendent dose of ultra-heavy psych") and The Cosmic Dead ("Psychonautal cosmodelic buckfaustian quartet exploring the outer reaches of Krautrock, doom and psychedelia").
Weekend tickets are £45 and available online while day tickets will become available in August.
