Restaurant and record store to celebrate ‘National Album Day’

If 'music be the food of love', then the latest event at Orpington based restaurant and record store, the Orpington commencing the weekend of the 12th October will have you filled to the brim with adulation.

To celebrate 'National Album Day' - which honours and promotes albums as entire pieces of work/art rather than a collection of accessible individual tracks - , The Orpington is offering a 10% discount on all vinyl albums purchased over the weekend of Saturday 12th - Sunday 13th October 2019. 

This will be the first National Album Day, the award-winning local business has been involved with, however, as a restaurant championing comfort food classics with unique twists and a passion for music, you can expect to see more tasty music filled evenings on the menu.

Highlights include the return of the hugely successful ‘Spin Your Own' evening. This fun event allowed guests to hit the decks and play their own vinyl as well as being able to pick tracks from the store's second-hand collection of vinyl to play to the restaurant diners.
