Well hello there you lovely lot!
I hope you are all doing well and getting rather excited about the festive period ahead? December is here which means we can start talking about that C word, yes, that’s right, CHRISTMAS. Now I’m not sure about you, but I like to contain everything about Christmas in December and that includes present buying. As the years have gone by I’ve started to focus on buying something special for my nearest and dearest, rather than just buying lots.

In my opinion, there is nothing better than receiving a piece of jewellery for Christmas.

A piece that had been purchased with you in mind makes for a gift that you can cherish forever.

This leads me nicely on to my favourite jewellery shop in Kent, Iconic by Fitzgerald.

I discovered Iconic about a year ago now, at that time they were pretty new to Canterbury. We started chatting on Instagram after I found out they stocked some of my favourite brands, brands that I had struggled to find locally.

I really enjoyed talking to Iconic online, they were extremely helpful so I decided to pay their store in Canterbury a visit. From our digital conversations,
I already knew that they were different from the average jewellery shop, they were approachable.

Let’s be honest jewellery shops do have a certain reputation, they can be quite hostile, a place where most humans don’t feel welcome. You will be pleased to know this wasn’t the case when I visited Iconic for the first time, they really were different, I loved their fresh approach to the jewellery shop.

Fast forward a year and it is fair to say that I can’t keep away. I feel part of their happy jewellery family. Iconic is a jewellery shop for everyone, it is a relaxed place where the staff are friendly and the shop is current. Over the past year they have helped me learn so much about jewellery, Iconic have spent valuable time with me, guiding me to find the right pieces. I dread to think how many different bracelet charm combinations we have made up together. You see, nothing is ever too much for the staff at Iconic, they give you as much time as you need to ensure that you are happy with what you pick.

So apart from the friendliest welcome known to man, what else can you expect when you enter Iconic? The first thing you'll notice is the decor, it is a stunning store! Be sure to look up when you enter, I can’t get enough of the copper lights.

Each brand they stock is displayed beautifully and within easy access, meaning that you can view everything without having to ask. I particularly love the ring stand where you can try on a whole load of different styles at your leisure.

Iconic stock established brands such as Trollbeads, Thomas Sabo and Swarovski, as well as introducing new brands to their store frequently. My current favourites are Daisy London, Annie Haak and Nomination - I highly recommend you check them out.

Go further into their beautiful store and you will discover that they also offer bespoke engraving. Iconic are always on top of the trends, they know that personalisation is having a huge moment right now. I plan to go crazy on personalised jewellery for my friends this Christmas.
