Folkestone five piece Thrift return with new single ‘Monotony’, once again showing off their own brand of of psychedelia-infused rock.

Comprising Matt Bagshaw, Tylor Bousted, Devon Whiteman, Richard Plested on lead guitars and Leo Snowman on drums, Thrift have been promising new music following EPs ‘Red Tinted Clouds’ (2017) and ‘3/5ths’ (2018).

In ‘Monotony’, they have come up with a real gem. It’s one of those tracks you feel you have heard before somewhere. It has finger prints of legends like Pink Floyd and the Eastern twangs of late Ian Brown tracks such as ‘Solarized’.

It is hypnotic. We love it.
